Scenario Development for a Reinvented Future is a two-day, highly interactive program that focuses more deeply on scenario development itself for richer exploration, sharper analysis, and the creation of well-crafted scenarios. Participants will work through structured data gathering, megatrend identication, trend analysis, and horizon scanning, all of which feed into robust scenario creation.


The learning design blends facilitator input, group collaboration, continuous discussion, and hands-on practice. Delegates “learn by doing”, building their data set step by step and using it to craft meaningful scenarios that speak directly to their organisation’s challenges.
