Dealing with a commercial tenancy, lease agreement or renewal requires skills that  develop over time and through experience. To identify the relevant features of a commercial tenancy, lease and rent review clauses that may affect rental value, and to be able to make  qualitative adjustments to the available evidence, landlords need skills in rental and lease interpretation resulting from an understanding of relevant legislation, case law and guidance.
